Who is Ozzint for?
Anyone who needs to classify goods or work out import costs: importers and SMEs, online sellers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and procurement teams. You do not need to be a customs specialist.
Is the output a customs declaration?
No. Ozzint gives pre-decision guidance: suggested commodity codes, duty and VAT estimates and compliance checks. The importer or their appointed agent stays responsible for the final declaration, and we say so on every result.
How accurate is the classification?
Each AI suggestion is cross-validated against HMRC’s live tariff and shown with a confidence score and the reasoning behind it. Low-confidence or unverifiable codes are flagged for review rather than passed through.
Which countries does it cover?
Imports into the UK (including Windsor Framework routing for Northern Ireland) are supported today. EU import mode is in beta, and CBAM checks still need a manual review.
What file types can I upload?
PDF invoices, plus CSV and Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheets in the classification workspace. Supplier invoices written in other languages are supported too.
What is Ozzint Signal?
Signal is our upcoming email automation: forward an invoice and get broker-ready files back by email. It is in development and not yet available. You can join the waitlist on the Signal page.
How much does it cost?
The Free plan includes 10 invoices a month with no credit card. Paid plans add higher volumes and broker export formats. See the pricing page for details.
