Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2 April 2026

This policy explains how Ozzint Classify uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and platform. It is provided in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR) and UK GDPR. Our full Privacy Policy is available at ozzint.com/privacy.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use a web application. They allow the application to recognise your device between requests, maintain your session, and remember preferences. Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (stored until they expire or are deleted manually).

2. How We Use Cookies

Ozzint Classify uses only essential cookies. These are strictly necessary for the platform to function and for you to use its core features. Under PECR Regulation 6(1)(b), essential cookies do not require your prior consent because they are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or third-party tracking cookies. We do not embed social media widgets or third-party analytics scripts that would set cookies from external domains. Usage analytics are collected server-side in application logs and are not transmitted to third-party analytics platforms via browser cookies.

3. Cookies We Set

sb-[project]-auth-token-code-verifierSupabase (first-party)PKCE code verifier used during OAuth sign-in flows to prevent authorisation code interception attacks.EssentialSession (deleted after sign-in completes)

All cookies listed above are first-party cookies served from the ozzint.com domain. No cookies are set by third-party domains. The exact cookie names may vary slightly between releases and reflect the Supabase project identifier for this deployment.

4. Local Storage

In addition to cookies, Ozzint Classify may use browser local storage to persist UI state such as user interface preferences and panel layout settings within your current session. Local storage values do not leave your device and are not transmitted to our servers. They are cleared when you sign out or clear your browser storage.

5. Managing and Disabling Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Links to browser-specific instructions are below:

Because Ozzint Classify uses only essential cookies, disabling or blocking all cookies in your browser will prevent you from signing in and using the platform. The service cannot function without the session cookies described above.

If you want to sign out and clear all session cookies, use the Sign Out option within the platform. This invalidates your session token server-side and removes the associated cookies from your browser.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy if we introduce new features that require additional cookies or change our use of existing ones. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where material changes are made, notify you by email or in-app notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
