Frequently asked questions

What counts as an 'invoice'?

Each PDF, image, or email you submit counts as one invoice, regardless of how many line items it contains.

Can I try before I buy?

Yes. The Free tier gives you 10 invoices per month with no credit card required. You can upgrade at any time.

Is Ozzint Signal included in Pro?

Ozzint Signal is in development and not yet available. When it launches, Pro will include a dedicated Signal inbox at no extra cost. Join the waitlist on the Signal page for early access.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full refund.

Is my invoice data stored?

Yes. UK customs rules require import records to be kept, so classification results, duty calculations and their audit trail are retained for up to six years. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule.
